For information: the meeting was attended by 17 members and the vote was that all items except one were approved. 5. Establishing that directors must be voting members of the Society was defeated. One edit of the bylaw proposal to allow some non-voting members as directors. e.g. lawyer or knowledgable individuals is below to study and decide on the 2024 Sept 14 at 10 am PDT Special General meeting.
